About PGM Contracting

After dedicating more than two decades to civil construction, working alongside some of the industry’s most respected contractors and developers, Paul Morgan founded PGM CONTRACTING in 2024. His mission: to continue partnering with trusted contractors while expanding services to meet the unique needs of farmers and residential property owners.

Growing up on a farm in Huron County, Paul was immersed in a family legacy of hard work and entrepreneurship. His early days spent building and repairing alongside his father and uncle fostered a passion for creating and problem-solving—qualities that naturally led him to a career in construction, landscaping, and ultimately, business ownership.

Paul’s career is defined by his hands-on approach and leadership. From managing large crews and coordinating sub-trades to overseeing complex projects, he’s always approached every job as if it were his own business. This mindset, combined with his expertise in earthworks, aggregate production, and residential development, makes him a trusted partner for projects of all sizes.
